Inspector’s comments
All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection|Improvements have been made to the surfaces in the kitchen area. Mop sink has been added to the kitchen. Walls in kitchen and shelving in the dry storage area have been replaced. Both are now clean, smooth surfaces. Bottom shelf in the dry storage area is not the minimum 6 off the ground for food storage.
