All other hot holding in the facility functional mac and cheese 160F, gravy 155F, chicken 147F, chicken pot pie 155F. All cold holding functional coleslaw 42F, pickles 37F. walk-in coolers functional chicken 42F, coleslaw 38F. Walk-in freezer functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is significantly more clean an organized from previous inspections.
