Inspector’s comments
Todays menus consists of breaded fish fillet 144F., coleslaw, cooked vegetables. Food was already served at time of arrival. Cold holding appropriate, tuna salad 44F. Tomato and cucumber salad placed in refrigeration less than 2 hours ago is at 47F and is cooling properly. Facility is clean and well maintained.
