1) Catering notice posted on social media is reported to just be pick-up for larger orders.|2) Sauces (Sweet Q, Cucumber Dill Dressing, Bacon Jam) stored in deli containers for staff to hand to customers should have �Keep Refrigerated� labeled on product.|3) Back kitchen area now has flat top grill and table top fryers under home style hood vents.|4) Chef requested copies of NYS Food Code 14-1 and self inspection checklist, to be emailed later.
