Inspector’s comments
All cold and hot holding acceptable. Tomatoes 39 degrees (prep line), sausage 37 degrees (pizza prep line), wings 45 degrees (standing refrigerator), meatballs 186 degrees. Facility is clean and well maintained. No dry storage in the basement at the time of inspection, employee restroom downstairs. Proper glove use observed.
