Cold holding is appropriate tuna salad 40F, coleslaw 41F, cheese 40F. Potentially hazardous foods (coleslaw, macaroni salad) properly cooling in walk-in cooler. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained. Restrooms are clean and maintained.
