All hot holding functional chicken strips 146F, Chicken tenders 148Fm Chicken Nuggets 148F. Facility is has proper labeling of discard times as per the state waiver. All cold holding functional sliced tomaotes 42F, butter 44F. Walk-in cooler and freezer functional. Facility is overall clean and organization. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Dishwasher is reaching proper sanitizing temperature, with test kits avaliable.
