Inspector’s comments
All hot and cold holding acceptable at the time of inspection. Chicken wings 44 degrees, raw chicken breast 41 degrees, mashed potatoes 142 degrees. Excellent label and dating of food product. 3 bay sink upstairs along with limited dry storage.
