Inspector’s comments
All cold holding at the time of inspection is functional sliced tomatoes 42F, chicken wings 40F, chicken and rice 41F, sliced cheese 43F. Bar area is clean and organized. A new oven was installed over the winter. Facility is overall in better shape than last year.
