All cold holding functional noodles 42F, chicken 43F, egg rolls 44F. Hot holding functional red sauce 148F, White rice 163F. Walk-in cooler functional egg rolls 38F, Chicken 39F, beef strips 41F. Walk-in freezers down stairs are functional. Facility is more clean an organized than previous inspection. Hand washing is avaliable. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
