All hot holding on lunch line functional chicken nuggets 148F, Corn 153F, mashed potatoes 147F. All cold holding functional milk 42F. Walk-in cooler is fucntional sliced cheese 42F, milk 40F. Walk-in freezer is functional. Machine dishwasher is reaching proper saintizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Observed lunch line service with no visible issues.
