Inspector’s comments

Hot holding appropriate, brown gravy, Mac and cheese, pulled pork all 165F or above. Crab dip (prepared that morning) 150F. Cold holding appropriate, blue cheese 40F, hard boiled eggs 38F, chopped tomatoes 39F, homemade dill dressing 42F, egg wash 40F, chicken 40F, haddock 39F, spaghetti noodles and penne noodles below 45F. All refrigeration units and walk-in cooler and freezers are operating properly. Restrooms are clean. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. The facility is clean and well maintained. No food service offsite at boat tour building.
