All cold holding on the pizza prep line functional sausage 41F, sliced ham 41F, sliced cucumbers 40F. walk-in cooler fucntional sausage 38F, chicken wings 40F. Walk-in freezer functional. Machine dishwasher reaches sanitizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Salad bar was not operational during the inspection. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organzied.
