Hot holding appropriate, soup 150F, meat balls 141F. Cold holding appropriate, ground beef 39F, sliced lunch meats 39F, sliced tomatoes, cheeses, chicken, sausage and cheese all below 45F. Facility is clean and maintained. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Following proper procedures laid out in approved waiver for meat topping pizza.
