Inspector’s comments
All cold holding at the time of inspection functional chicken breasts 42F, chicken wings 43F, pasta 41F, pepperoni 40F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Mac and Cheese Sauce and pasta sauce was activity cooking on the stove top. Facility is cleaner than in previous inspections. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Bar area is clean and organized.
