Inspector’s comments
All cold holding acceptable pasta sauce 42F, ground beef 40F, fish 40F. Facility actively re heating pasta sauce and mashed potatoes on the stove top with no issues. Hand washing avaliable at the time of inspection. Bar area clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Septic system functional at the time of inspection. Facility needs to watch the seating capacity.
