Owner indicates the facility basement walls are being covered soon, as well as the ceiling, with similar products that are on some portions now. |The water flow is still in the French drain and coming in from the walls. It is still being pumped out as before |As discussed, a formal waiver from the NYSDOH is required for any reduced-oxygen packaging considerations
