Inspector’s comments
All cold holding functional chicken wings 42F, sliced cheese 44F. Walk-in cooler functional tomatoes 40F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Watched a little bit of prep work with no visible issues. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Functional thermometer present in the facility.
