Inspector’s comments
All cold holding functional sliced ham 42F, sliced cheese 40F, Gravy 44F. All hot holding functional gravy 167F, sausage and gravy 170F. Facility has a new prep unit and grills. Proper hair restraint and glove usage. Facility is overall in better shape than previous inspections. Investigated a complaint received in January about sewage smell. After interviewing the operator she stated they had pipe leak in the basement and it is now repaired. DOH notes no sewage smell at the time of inpsection
