All cold holding acceptable sliced ham 40F, hamburger patty 41F, mac salad 38F, gravy 42F. All hot holding acceptable soup 165F, gravy 171F, taco beef 177F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is cleaner since last inspection. Hand washing avaliable. Freezer units are functional.
