Inspector’s comments
Hot holding is appropriate, crispy chicken 150F, chicken nuggets 155F, fish filet 156F, cooked hamburger patties 170F. Cold holding is appropriate, hamburger patties 42. All refrigeration is operating properly. Facility is following the approved waiver procedures for cheese, tomatoes, onions, etc. All food items were properly dated and labeled with a discard time. Torn door seals observed from last inspection have been replaced. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained.
