Facility has had many improvements made|new dishwasher racks, top of freezer painted|floor in the main kitchen area has been painted|filters and hood clean|rodent dropping not found|New on demand hot water heater installed|equipment and wall behind cook line has been cleaned|No hot holding at time of inspection|Walk-in cooler at 34 degrees F|Prep cooler on cook line at 40 degrees F|Double door cook cooler near bar not operational working with Pepsi to replace. Was used for desserts and condiments etc. all items moved to walk-in|Proper cooling of Turkey soup in the walk-in cooler observed. small quart containers cooling with cover off.
