Inspector’s comments
Hot holding throughout the facility is appropriate, chicken breast in gravy, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, gravies, soups, breaded chicken, etc. between 165F and 175F. Cold holding throughout the facility is appropriate, baked potatoes, sliced tomatoes, haddock filets, raw hamburger patties, gravy, sausage patties, etc. all under 45F. Facility is clean and well maintained.|Notable improvements from last inspection. Procedures for approved waiver are being followed. Eggs, wash station, etc. are all properly dated and labeled. �Dellfield� hot holding unit has been replaced with a new unit. Floor has been replaced in the walk-in cooler.
