Inspector’s comments
Facility has set up a Canteen Store in the main lodge. Store observed offering prepackaged items (chips, ramen). Store additionally observed with a soft service ice cream machine and table top fryer unit with apparent smell of grease in room. Room is not to be used for any food processing/service. Prepackaged items are allowed. Discussion on moving ice cream machine closer to the kitchen where hand-wash is located.
