Inspector’s comments
Facility is very clean. All cold holding acceptable, lunch meats 40 degrees (sub prep-unit), sausage 39 degrees (pizza prep-unit). Bathroom is located in the basement along with limited dry storage supplies. Proper glove use observed during the inspection.
