Inspector’s comments
Facility actively cooling chili, diced potatoes, and macaroni at time of inspection. All product cooling found to be meeting the cooling curve. Per conversation with staff, cooling procedures have been implemented and followed by staff. Dented cans are marked with a red X and documented for returns. Discussed designating area for returns and not being placed with other canned items. |Low end chlorine reading obtained. Chlorinator observed dripping water when turned on. Call to Aeon placed during inspection.|Discussed alternatives to mop water disposal. Waste should be placed into water water treatment system, not the ground surface. Discussed toilet as an alternative.
