Inspector’s comments
No hot holding at time of inspection. Cold holding appropriate, sausage patties 40F, milk 39F, cheese 41F. All potentially hazardous foods in walk-in are all below 45F. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed. Bathrooms are clean and maintained. Overall , the facility is clean and well maintained.
