Inspector’s comments
Hot holding is appropriate, vegetable soup at 189F. Cold holding appropriate, sliced ham 42F, macaroni salad 40F. All refrigeration equipment is operating properly. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Employee bathroom is clean and maintained. Dishwasher is operating properly. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained. New tile has been received and a schedule will be set to install. Maintenance is aware of ice in walk-in freezer and a part has bee ordered to repair the leak.
