Inspector’s comments
Walk-in cooler functional at the time of inspection sliced tomaotes 42F, cheese 40F. Freezer are functional. Hot holding functional lasagna 150F, pasta sauce with meatballs 148F. Facility is overall clean and organzied. New ice machine was added. Machine dishwahser is reaching sanitizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
