Inspector’s comments
The inspection was conducted in response to Complaint #WA-25-00040. Temperatures measured: rice (hot holding) = 171 deg. F, raw chicken kebab mixture (cold holding) = 45 deg. F. Education was provided on the proper storage temperatures for potentially hazardous food.
