Menu consisted of hot dogs, nachos and cheese, boxed popcorn, bagged peanuts, and pre-packaged candies. These items, along with boxed ice cream sandwiches, are also sold in the Boat House shack with clothing merchandise. Wine slushies from a prepackaged mix are sold in the concession area next to the food options.|Hot dogs are prepared at once and hot held above 140 degrees F in a metal pan|All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|Food protection should be main priority. |Chick-fil-A serving wrapped chicken sandwiches, bagged potato chips, and bagged brownies all made at the restaurant. A new employee brings another bag of individually wrapped chicken sandwiches in halfway through the game. Temperature of chicken sandwich upon arrival at 169 degrees F.
