All cold holding functional sausage links 42F. Walk-in cooler fucntional sausage links 38F. Walk-in freezer functional. Hot holding sausage links on the roller units 146F. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Hair restraint and glove usage observed. Hand washing is available.
