Inspector’s comments
Hot holding appropriate, meatballs 142F. All cold holding is appropriate, sliced lunch meats, tomatoes, various shredded meats, etc all below 45F. Food items in walk-in are all below 45F. All metal shelving violations noted during last inspection have been resolved and shelving units are free from rust and food debris and are easily cleanable. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Restroom is clean and maintained. Overall facility is clean and well maintained.
