All hot holding acceptable gravy 151F, mac and cheese 161F. All cold holing acceptable sliced chicken breast 42F, butter 40F. Walk-in cooler functional scalped potatoes 42F, pork 38F, hamburger 40F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. 3-bay sink method used properly. Hand washing available. Facility has improved on cleanliness and organization since last inspection. Septic system functional at the time of inspection.
