Inspector’s comments
1) Facility is currently cooking and cooling the following items: Chicken curry and beef curry pastries (4 at a time), Egg tarts (~12 at a time), Beef dumplings (~12 at a time), and chicken sticky rice dumplings (~10 at a time). These are made daily. |2) Facility does have a countertop hot holding unit but is unable to use it at this time due to electrical issues. When unit is plugged in, it flips the breaker. Owner is trying to find a new place to have hot hold unit to limit amount of cooling taking place.
