Food temperatures measured: corn = 146 deg. F, pasta shells and cheese = 142 deg. F, chili = 39 deg. F, sauteed onion = 39 deg. F, sliced tomatoes = 38 deg. F, ground beef patty = 39 deg. F. During the inspection, a complaint investigation was conducted in response to complaint log # WA-26-00009 alleging the presence of mice and various construction issues possibly affecting the cleanliness and safety at the food service. No evidence of rodents or construction deficiencies was observed affection food service operations.
