Inspector’s comments
No hot holding at time of inspection. Cold holding in prep unit is appropriate, salsa and chopped tomatoes, 42F, baked potato salad 41F, hamburger patties 44F. Facility is clean and maintained. Hand wash sink in kitchen is now operational. Restrooms are clean. Onsite septic system operating properly.
