Inspector’s comments
No hot holding at time of inspection. Prep unit for pizza toppings operating properly, cut tomatoes, chicken, ham, and sausage at 37F. Walk-in cooler operating properly, chicken strips 42F and chicken wings at 40F. Dishwasher is operating properly, rinse at 182F. Facility is well maintained and clean. On-site septic system is operating properly.
