Inspector’s comments
Facility is informally using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) for the grill/fried grab and go and the pizza station. Facility marking items with a two hour time frame to discard if not served. Items holding appropriately at time of inspection. Discussion with operation supervisor that TPHC waiver will need to be formalized and added to permit conditions. If facility would like to peruse a TPHC waiver condition permit applicant will need to reach out to NYSDOH.
