Cold holding is appropriate, chopped boiled eggs 44F, chopped tomatoes 43F, raw chicken breast 44F, raw hamburgers 43F, Sliced lunch meats below 45F., steak 44F, macaroni salad 42F, gumbo 40F, chicken wings 34F, milk 40F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Restrooms are clean and maintained. Facility is clean and maintained.
