Hot holding appropriate, mashed potatoes 177F, popcorn chicken 145F, breaded chicken breast 148F. Cold holding is appropriate, breasted chicken breast 41F, chicken nuggets 39F, popcorn chicken 40F. Dishwasher operating properly, final rinse 196F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Staff bathroom is clean and maintained. Proper cooling procedures are being followed to cool left over popcorn chicken. Facilty has been remodeled. Facility is clean and well maintained.
