Lunch is currently being prepared and consisted of scalloped potatoes (202F), sliced ham (178F) and broccoli (202F). All refrigeration is operating properly, ham 40F, meat loaf 37F. Facility is clean and maintained. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed. Proper hand washing observed.
