Inspector’s comments
Cold holding and hot holding acceptable. Burger 182 degrees, cheese 37 degrees (prep-unit).Proper glove use observed during the inspection. Concession stand near the 2nd cinema is not being used for food at this time. Septic system (located near cinema 2) appears to be functioning properly at the time of inspection. Showings tonight are Frekier Friday and The Naked Gun.
