Inspector’s comments
1) Facility has started offering pizza and breakfast sandwiches at the front pizza warmer produced in house. Discussed TPHC (time as a public health control) option and waiver requirements. |2) Facility has started offering breakfast buffet with self service from front counter based on social media postings. Sneeze guards will need to be obtained to protect foods that are out for self service.
