Hot holding appropriate, roast beef at 170F, crispy chicken 175F, chicken strips 155F. Cold holding is appropriate, sliced turkey meat 44F, hamburgers 42F, sliced tomatoes 43F. All refrigeration units are operating properly. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained.
