A burglary case involving a stolen firearm is scheduled for a jury trial Sept. 14 in St. Lawrence County Court.

Court records identify the defendant as Wade Snyder, about 43, charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a Class C felony, fourth-degree grand larceny of a firearm and three counts of petit larceny.

The case stems from a July 29, 2023 incident. Snyder was arrested Dec. 22, 2023 by the State Police in Canton and has pleaded not guilty. The case is before Judge Gregory P. Storie.

A trial date is a scheduled court appearance and may be adjourned or otherwise resolved before a trial is held.
