The Burrville Cider Mill opened for its annual season Thursday, continuing a fall tradition in the North Country. Visitors came for cider, doughnuts, apples and other products, while some stopped at the nearby falls overlooking Jacobs Creek.
The mill, at 18176 Plank Road in Watertown, is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through late fall. The Steiner family has owned and operated the business since 1996.
