The company is targeting commercial production in 2028 and expects the project could produce about 40,000 metric tons of natural flake graphite annually if fully developed.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has largely completed the public comment period for a required federal permit, while additional federal reviews are continuing. Titan is also pursuing state approvals related to wetlands and water quality through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The project remains dependent on environmental reviews, required permits, financing and construction.
