JCC sets Sept. 28 event for prospective college students
Jefferson Community College will host a free event Sept. 28 where prospective students and families can learn about college and military education options.
Jefferson Community College will host Higher Education Day on Sept. 28 at the McVean Student Center Gymnasium in Watertown. The free event is scheduled for 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Representatives from public and private two- and four-year colleges, along with the Armed Services, are expected to discuss admissions, degree programs, housing and financial aid. A financial aid presentation is planned for 6:30 to 7 p.m. in Room 6-002 of the Jules Center Amphitheater. The event is presented by the Jefferson-Lewis Association for Counseling and Development.
