Watertown blanked by Bethlehem as Massena rolls Saturday

Watertown was blanked 2-0 by Bethlehem in boys soccer Saturday, one of several shutouts involving North Country schools. Massena also rolled past Ogdensburg (OFA) 3-1 in volleyball.
Massena had a difficult day in girls and boys soccer, falling 7-0 to New Hartford in girls soccer and 6-0 to Jamesville-Dewitt in boys soccer. Chazy also shut out Copenhagen, 6-0, in boys soccer.
The closest results included St. Lawrence Central’s 2-1 girls soccer win over Northern Adirondack and Westhill’s 2-1 boys soccer win over Ogdensburg (OFA). Canton fell to Chateaugay, 3-1, in volleyball, while Lisbon topped Margaretville, 3-1, in girls soccer.
